Hamilton Park Staff Honored by American Cancer Society
The Allure Group would like to thank the American Cancer Society for recognizing our hardworking clinical staff member Chen Oistecher from Hamilton Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! It is an honor to be along side such an amazing organization.
Chen has not only made every resident feel special and cared for, but he also serves as a friendly face to our staff. The Allure Group appreciates all that Chen has dedicated to our facility!
Mother’s Day Celebrations
The Allure Group is thankful for all of the Mother’s in our community from our residents to our staff and we loved getting to honor and celebrate them this Mother’s Day.
How Healthcare Technology Can Impact Operations
This month, our COO Melissa Powell writes for Healthcare IT Today,
“More and more, best practices in the business world are intruding into the healthcare industry, which should come as no surprise, given that many of the issues are the same. How can resources best be allocated? How can the customer (or patient) experience be maximized? And how can efficiency be improved?”

The Allure Group celebrates Nurses Week 2022
The Allure Group celebrated Nurses Week this month and was able to publicly recognize many of our nurses and the hard work and dedication that they give our residents and patients all year!
See the spotlight series below that we put together to honor some of our nurses across all of our centers:
Please join us in recognizing Allure’s Chief Clinical Officer, Faina Kaganov. Faina’s extensive background in cardiac ICU and critical care nursing has made her a shining example to the clinical staff that she leads at Allure. Faina also proudly served as a Director of Nursing herself for many years prior to joining Allure. Thank you to Faina for her tireless commitment to not just our patients, but our nursing teams as well!
Our next Nurses Week 2022 honoree is The Allure Group’s VP of Clinical Reimbursement, Sofia Yakubova, RN RAC-CT. Sofia is a true testament of the Allure ambition, starting her career as a Unit RN prior to being promoted to Nursing Supervisor. After several years, Sofia moved into the MDS department where she soon became a Director before ultimately ascending to her current role as the organization’s VP of Clinical Reimbursement. Please join us in saluting Sofia for all that she does for Allure!
